On average our consultants and software developers have more than 12 years of Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience. A project manager is assigned to each project and a project plan with all tasks is created from start date until the projected go-live date. Tasks include Installation, Configuration, Analysis, Data Conversion, Software Development, Training, Pilot, Mock Go-live and Final Go-live.
